Sunil Patil wins the most prestigious award in Architecture in India- IIA award 2012 organized by Indian Institute of Architects, for the project Fratelli Wines in Industrial category.The Award function took place at Hyatt Regency , Mumbai on 14 Oct. 2012. SPA's residential project covered in Inside outside July, 2012 for a joint family with 3 generations based at Pune. The bungalow has simple lines giving its facade a striking geometric appearance. A triple height open courtyard adds to the feeling of space, brings in light and allows interaction between all the levels.
